about

"Heroes of the Sea" is a song talking about nuclear disaster of "KURSK" submarine which occurred on August 12th, 2000. As Russian navy tested their nuclear weapon systems, the human error in warhead designs of a much smaller capacity
(for testing purposes) caused the tragedy in which all 118 members of the crew lost their lives. During the whole situation, British and Norwegian navy managed to locate the submarine first and offered help in rescuing the crew which
was later rejected by the Russian Navy which resulted in fatal outcome and the rescue mission wasn't launched even after 6 hours since the disaster occurred.

The song is a part of a concept (yet unnamed) album that speaks about big tragedies caused by human error, greed, hunger for power, partocracy and many other evils which left many consequences on human live and/or planet's ecosystem.
The song and the album have a goal to awake the attention to man's (un)doing that causes grave consequences on Earth endangering mother nature and life as we know on this planet. And if we do not do something and ignore this, the tragedies such
as these will keep occurring.

lyrics

Lyrics:

Descending into the abyss
Wondering what our goal here really is
Company of loyal men
Facing fate that's far worse than death... itself

Fighting for the greater cause of greedy, evil "justice"
Trying to represent the will of the good
Submerging into hell itself, asking ourselves just one
What is worse than knowing what we all believe leads us to death!

"The crew of The Kursk seen here earlier this year
preparing to sail in one of the newest subs in the Russian fleet.
They are now entombed as the navy races to attempt the rescue.
However, officials admit there's little hope of saving the men.
The Kursk was taking part in a naval exercise in the Arctic waters
of the Barents sea north of Norway when disaster struck.
After dissapearing from radar she was found on the seabid
in a 150 meters of water. The nuclear reactors were shut down
leaving the crew with just a few days of air."

Fighting for the greater cause of greedy, evil "justice"
Trying to represent the will of the good
Submerging into hell itself, asking ourselves just one
What is worse than knowing what we all believe leads us to death!

Praying to the God to save our souls
Screaming deep inside, paying our toll
Diving straight into the depths of hell
Hope the world will know tomorrow for what we have fell

Submerging into hell itself, asking ourselves just one
What is worse than knowing what we all believe leads us to death!

Praying to the God to save our souls
Screaming deep inside, paying our toll
Riding straight into the depths of hell
Hope the world will know tomorrow for what we have fell
